Due to the large volume of artist submissions, strict guidelines exist for gallery review:

•     Portfolios should contain a minimum of five images of recent work accompanied by titles, dimensions, medium and price. Please include a biography listing previous/current exhibitions, representation, significant sales (and prices), education and a website.
•     Portfolios will only be accepted through the postal system and email, no on-site delivery. For your portfolio to be returned, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. The gallery accepts no responsibility for inadequate postage.
•     We accept high quality printed photos of artist’s work or CD’s with high-resolution images, .jpg format for email under 1M each image (max 5), actual artwork will not be considered. Review typically requires a 6-week turnaround period, submitting artists are strongly discouraged from calling.

 After review, artists’ portfolios will either be returned to them via the postal system or kept for further consideration and a gallery representative will contact the artist to make arrangements for an interview and viewing.
